We will respond to your emotional and physical needs (excluding medical care) of crime victims such as intervention; accompaniment to hospitals for medical examinations; hot-line counseling at 1-800-236-7660; emergency food; clothing; transportation; shelter; emergency legal assistance; and other emergency services that are intended to restore the victim’s sense of dignity and self-esteem
